Seller means Gamesroom Sports Sdn Bhd and the company's web site www.gamesroom.com.my. Customer means the person or company buying from Gamesroom Sports Sdn Bhd.
These terms and conditions are applicable to the supply of products and services made by Gamesroom Sports Sdn Bhd, to the buyer hereafter referred as the Customer.
All prices are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). Every effort is made to update and keep current the prices shown on our web site. However the Company reserves the right to modify prices in respect of orders which have not been accepted. Where a product is pictured on the website is for reference only (the actual product may vary sligthly), the price quoted includes only the main product described and not any accessories or accompanying items shown except where otherwise stated.
Online shopping at our website is on a prepayment basis, orders are only processed once payment has been received in full. Payments must be made in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) only, and by one of the following payment methods:
- PayPal - MasterCard, Visa & Amex Credit Card
- Cheques / Cash Deposit / Bank Transfer - Make all cheques payable to Gamesroom Sports Sdn Bhd and deposit to our Public Islamic Bank account - 3813986504.
In Stock Products that are currently in stock typically ship out to you within 7 working days.
We will do everything we can to get your order to you in as timely a manner as possible. Once the products is available in our warehouse, we will ship your order per your instructions. Normally pre-order item can take up to 12 weeks to be delivered to you.
Not in Stock
If the item listed as out of stock, please click on the 'Notify Me' button. We will notify you by email once the item is back in stock.
Any date or period for delivery shall be considered as indicative only, although it is our policy to try to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible. Some of our products can be delivered next day; others can take up to 8 weeks. Please refer to product details for estimated delivery time*. If any products are not available at the time of your order we will contact you immediately via e-mail, you will then have the option to wait for the products to come into stock or we will give you a full refund. Leisureplex Sdn Bhd cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by the supplier, or any other third party. At no time will compensation be awarded should delivery take longer than anticipated due to unforeseen circumstances.
*Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery to take part. Delivery Time that has been stated on the product details page are based on the shipment date.
Delivery is for ground floor address only. Where access to the delivery address is limited or additional equipment is required to complete delivery of the goods, additional charges to cover the full costs of these services plus administrative costs will apply.
By submitting an order form or placing an order via email with us, you shall be deemed to have accepted these Conditions. You must be over the age of 18 years to place an order and we reserve the right not to accept an order where we reasonably believe that you do not meet this requirement. Where Goods are ordered from the website you will be required to submit an Order Form. You will also be required to click through, read and accept this document before being able to proceed with your order.
Current website items of goods, unused, undamaged and fully marketable, may be returned within seven days of delivery with the prior agreement of the Company. You must inform us by email to Leisureplex Sdn Bhd at email@example.com within 24 hours from the day after your goods have been received. The cancellation notice must include your name, a description of the goods concerned and the order number of the cancelled order. Returned goods must be in their original packaging.
For products returned the Customer shall be responsible for all costs and expenses (including insurance) of having the item returned to the Company. The Customer's payment will be refunded within 30 days, subject only to deduction of any direct costs of transport and insurance incurred by the Company in relation to the return of the goods, as well as transport and insurance costs incurred in the original delivery, upon receipt of the goods and inspection as to their suitability for re-sale.
If you wish to cancel an order, you are very welcome to do so at any time until it is collected by our courier (unless an alternative arrangement has been made. E-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will refund your payment in full. Once your order has been collected by the courier, it is still possible to cancel but the payment will be refunded minus any delivery and insurance costs which have been incurred. Self-assembly items cannot be returned if assembly is part or fully completed unless the item is faulty.

These terms were last changed on 01.05.2017. These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders.
