Return & Refund Policy

At Gamesroom, we aimed to make return process totally hassle-free. After you have received your order, you have 5 days to decide on returning any new/unused products to us.

 

The most common problems with online shopping is that you're not receiving what you've expected it to be or received broken item. In order for you to feel at peace and confidence of online shopping, we provide return for the item you've purchased regardless it's dissatisfaction or defected item.

 

Please note that:

- To avoid the warranty being abused, all refund is not in cash basis but in Refund Voucher which allows you to make same amount of deduction in your future order.

- Unless it's our mistake for sending wrong item to you, other reasons of return are not allowed for item exchange. You may use the Refund Voucher to re-order from our website and get instant deduction on the order amount. However, please note that shipping charges is not included in the Refund Voucher.

- Please make sure the item is not being used and please retain the original packing. Any used, scratches or damages caused by own careless will not be accepted.

- The responsibility of the package is yours until it reaches our warehouse. Hence, we recommend using a traceable delivery method such as registered airmail or courier service, we will not responsible if the item is lost on the way of delivery / return.

 

Please kindly contact us, and by providing us the following information will allow us to process your return smoothly:

  1. Your order number or invoice number
  2. Reason for return

Once we have received your return request, we will get back to you in within 24 hours with a return merchandise authorization (RMA). Then, you can go ahead and return the stated product to our address as confirmed in the email, you may deliver via any shipping method of your choice at your cost.

Although all products and items has gone through the quality check, but the transportation process is hard to avoid the collision, if the item is damaged, and we are willing to let you return. Please take a photo of the damage item and email to us.

Wrong Delivery

If you receive something which is wrong, please inform us immediately and send back the wrong item to us. Once we received the wrong item, we will resend the correct item to you. All delivery fees will be paid by gamesroom.com.my. We will pay back the delivery fees to you in voucher.
